A Vision for Cocoa Beach
Daniel Todd envisioned Dirty Noodz as a place where guests can enjoy a quick bowl of ramen for lunch, meet friends for cocktails and sake, or settle in for a full dinner and stay all night. The restaurant is designed to be a memorable experience, with a focus on great food, drinks, and hospitality.
“We wanted to build something fun, energetic, and a little unexpected for Cocoa Beach,” said Todd. “Dirty Noodz is the kind of place where you can grab a quick bowl of ramen for lunch, meet friends for cocktails and sake, or settle in for a full dinner and stay all night. We created a restaurant that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but takes great food, drinks, and hospitality very seriously.”
The restaurant recently hosted a series of soft-opening events for friends, family, vendors, contractors, and supporters. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, with the staff excelling during the opening week.
