The watch is active from June 17, 2026, at 4:15 PM EDT until June 20, 2026, at 2:00 AM EDT, as issued by the National Weather Service (NWS).
This alert indicates that flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected, with rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches likely, and locally higher amounts of up to 12 inches possible. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may also occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
