The South Florida community is in mourning following the tragic death of Brianna Johnson a popular social media influencer known to her followers as DreamDoll Bri. The 21-year-old was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting early on July 5, 2026, just hours after the Fourth of July celebrations.

The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. near the intersection of Southwest 27th Court and Sunshine Boulevard in Miramar. Johnson was a passenger in a lime green Lamborghini Urus when a white sedan pulled up alongside and opened fire. The rapid gunfire left Johnson dead and two other occupants in critical condition.

The Incident and Aftermath

According to the Miramar Police Department the shooting was captured on surveillance video. The footage shows the white sedan following the Lamborghini before the gunfire erupted. The driver of the Lamborghini lost control of the vehicle after being struck by bullets, causing it to crash into a nearby house. The suspected shooter’s vehicle then sped away from the scene.

Police were alerted to the shooting after receiving multiple ShotSpotter notifications which detect and locate gunfire. The rapid-fire nature of the gunfire was described by Miramar Police Chief Delrish Moss. Photos circulating on social media show the Lamborghini riddled with bullet holes along its doors.

The Victim and Her Impact

Brianna Johnson had built a significant following on social media, with nearly 500,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram. She was known for sharing lifestyle and beauty content, as well as promoting nightclub appearances and community events. Johnson had recently hosted an event on June 11, 2026, and was also pursuing a music career, appearing in the viral rap track Bend Ova in March 2026.

Her name was also linked to the late TikTok creator Girllalala, who was fatally shot in November 2026. The tragic loss of Johnson has left her followers and the community in shock, with numerous fans flooding her social media accounts with messages of condolence.

The Investigation

The shooting remains an active and ongoing homicide investigation. Police have not released any information regarding the shooting suspect at this time. However, investigators believe the victims’ luxury SUV was targeted and followed after a fight allegedly broke out at a nearby gas station. The three victims had attended a large party at a nearby home before the shooting.
